Job Title: Sales Operations Analyst

Responsibilities
- Support the execution, validation, and maintenance of sales reporting and dashboard processes within a fast-paced sales operations environment.
- Build, maintain, and update Power BI dashboards and reports based on established business requirements.
- Perform data validation and reconciliation across multiple systems and datasets to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles through data preparation, formatting, and quality assurance activities.
- Maintain and enhance Excel-based reporting tools, including large datasets, formulas, pivot tables, and data transformations.
- Prepare recurring sales performance reports for leadership and operational review.
- Support ad hoc reporting requests related to salesforce performance, hospital metrics, and surgeon-level data.
- Identify, document, and escalate data discrepancies, inconsistencies, and reporting gaps as needed.
- Conduct routine audits of reports and datasets to maintain ongoing data integrity and compliance with reporting standards.
- Track and maintain field sales alignment and hierarchy updates within reporting outputs.
- Partner with Sales Operations, Analytics, and IT teams to validate data inputs and outputs across systems.
- Follow established data governance standards and ensure reporting outputs align with approved business definitions and logic.
- Assist in documenting reporting procedures and maintaining repeatable reporting workflows.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and large dataset management
- Working experience with Power BI, including dashboard updates, report development, and basic data modeling
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and validation
- Ability to follow established processes and execute recurring deliverables consistently
- Experience working with large datasets and reconciling data across multiple sources
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet tight reporting deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
