Role Description
We are recruiting for a Chief Financial Officer – an opportunity to support an iconic organisation and to make a difference, locally, nationally and globally.
The Chapter (the board of trustees) of Coventry Cathedral are looking to appoint a Chief Financial Officer to oversee and guide the financial function of the organisation. We are looking for a strategic thinker that can guide the executive team and Chapter in our financial planning and reporting processes, ensuring that we understand the links between our ambitious plans and our hard-won resources. The existing finance team perform very well but will benefit from a strategic level of oversight that is not involved in the day to day activity.
The role will initially be on a one day per week basis but we understand that this may change as plans evolve.
