Part-Time Business Operations Administrator - PICCASO.org
PICCASO (not-for-profit) is looking for a highly organised, proactive and collaborative part-time Business Operations Administrator to support the smooth running of our growing global community.
This is a varied, hands-on role at the heart of PICCASO, supporting our operations across HR, administration, partnerships, events, awards, finance, systems, marketing and community activity.
You will help keep people, processes and projects moving, working closely with the CEO, Advisory Board, marketing team, sponsors, partners and wider PICCASO community.
Role: Business Operations Administrator
Location: Remote, with occasional travel to support PICCASO events
Hours: Part-time, with days and hours to be discussed
Salary: £28,000–£32,000 full-time equivalent, pro rata depending on experience and agreed working pattern
Experience: Ideally 2–4 years in administration, operations, business support, HR coordination, events, finance support or a similar role
Key areas of responsibility include:
• Supporting HR administration, onboarding, recruitment and records
• Coordinating sponsorship agreements and partnership documentation
• Organising meetings, minutes, diaries, travel and internal records
• Supporting Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint and user access
• Assisting with marketing campaigns, LinkedIn scheduling, events and community updates
• Supporting finance administration, invoices, expenses and documentation
• Helping coordinate PICCASO Awards, Labs and Next Generation initiatives
• Acting as a trusted operational hub across a fast-moving, purpose-led organisation

Experience with Microsoft 365 is essential. Experience with tools such as ActiveCampaign, Circle, CRM systems, HR processes, events or community platforms would be a strong advantage.
