Senior Go-To-Market (GTM) Product Manager,
What’s the role?
As Senior Go-To-Market Product Manager, you’ll own the end‑to‑end performance of a customer segment, translating insight into strategy, shaping how we go to market, and continuously optimising based on real outcomes. This isn’t a traditional marketing role, and it’s not a typical product role.
You are accountable for your segment or initiative outcomes end‑to‑end, from shaping Go‑To‑Market strategy and campaign design to monitoring performance and contributing to forward pipelines. You ensure commercial decisions are well structured, aligned, and focused on delivering sustainable, customer‑centric growth.
Additionally, you’ll identify customer quality and risks early, ensuring controls are embedded through journey design, eligibility rules, and exception handling before initiatives scale. You will bring teams together across functions to align priorities, solve problems, and drive delivery momentum. You’ll lead campaign and initiative planning within your segment, contributing to roadmaps and propositions that maximise long‑term value for priority customer groups.
This role is built for people who learned to drive growth through targeting, positioning, testing, and measurable performance, not just running campaigns, but owning results.
What do I need?
- Proven experience in owning performance, not just delivery and driving outcomes end‑to‑end
- Strong experience in targeting, segmentation, positioning, and testing
- A data‑led mindset and the ability to diagnose, optimise, and improve results
- Proven experience in running acquisition / growth programs with clear metrics coupled with the ability to balance growth with customer quality and risk
- Confidence working across teams to align, challenge, and drive decisions
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence across cross‑functional teams
- Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations confidently
