1. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financial risk
- Prepare accurate financial reports and ensure statutory compliance
- Support IPO planning, documentation, due diligence, and coordination with auditors, bankers, and legal advisors
- Develop financial strategies to support business growth and profitability
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation, and corporate regulations
- Present financial performance and strategic insights to senior management and stakeholders
- Strengthen internal controls and financial systems

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
