Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Business Operations Associate for a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. The primary responsibilities include ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations, analyzing and interpreting data to drive informed decision-making, and collaborating with various teams to optimize processes. The role also encompasses creating reports, supporting financial initiatives, and ensuring effective communication among team members.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end delivery of wellness programs, workshops, and client engagements
• Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and successful execution of services
• Onboard trainers, psychologists, and wellness experts onto the platform and coordinate with them for service delivery
• Coordinate with clients, trainers, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of projects
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and operational performance
• Prepare reports, presentations, proposals, and other business documentation
• Support partnership development with corporates, universities, and other organizations
• Conduct market research and gather insights to support business growth initiatives
• Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements
• Ensure high-quality client experience throughout the engagement lifecycle.
