Business Operations Executive (Sales, Operations & Management Support)Job Description
We are looking for a responsible, professional, and dedicated candidate for handling business operations, sales coordination, administrative support, and digital management activities. The candidate should be capable of working in a fast-paced environment, handling confidential company data, and supporting management in day-to-day operational activities.
The role requires strong computer knowledge, communication skills, coordination ability, and readiness to work from office as well as remotely whenever required.
Shift TimingsShift 1:
Monday to Saturday
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Shift 2:
Monday to Saturday
6:30 AM to 3:30 PM
Candidates should be comfortable working in either shift based on business requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Administrative Support
- Handle day-to-day business operations and back-office activities
- Maintain records, reports, spreadsheets, and operational data
- Coordinate with sales, HR, sourcing, and management teams
- Support documentation, reporting, and internal task management
- Handle basic client communication through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and follow-ups
- Maintain proper filing and confidential business information
Sales & Coordination Support
- Assist in lead management and sales coordination
- Support client onboarding and follow-up activities
- Coordinate with internal teams for operational execution
- Help management in business expansion and process coordination
Digital & Promotional Responsibilities
- Create basic promotional creatives using Canva or similar tools
- Assist in managing social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
- Support posting, engagement, online branding, and digital promotions
- Coordinate online advertisements and promotional campaigns
- Maintain professional communication on digital platforms
General Responsibilities
- Work independently and under pressure when required
- Maintain professionalism and discipline at work
- Ensure data confidentiality and company privacy standards are followed strictly
- Support management in multitasking and priority handling
- Be flexible for office work as well as work-from-home coordination whenever required
Eligibility Criteria
- Male or Female candidates can apply
- Age: 25 to 36 years
- Graduate in any discipline
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good computer knowledge is mandatory
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets, email handling, internet usage, and online platforms required
- Basic social media and Canva knowledge preferred
- Must own a laptop and smartphone with internet access
Experience
- Freshers with good skills and learning attitude can apply
- Experienced candidates preferred
- Experience in operations, administration, sales coordination, HR support, customer handling, or digital support will be an added advantage
Training & Joining Process
- 15 working days pre-joining training is mandatory
- Training may include operational processes, reporting systems, coordination work, communication handling, and management support activities
- Candidates must be serious about long-term work and professional growth
Salary
- Salary: Negotiable
- Based on experience, skills, performance, and last drawn salary

Pay: ₹8,532.50 - ₹18,110.58 per month
