What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, corporate partners, and community groups
- Coordinate and host corporate events, group outings, and seasonal activities
- Manage day-to-day operations of an established hunting preserve
- Oversee office administration, scheduling, communication, and customer follow-up
- Train, manage, and motivate seasonal and full-time team members
- Speak confidently to groups, lead tours, and represent the business professionally
- Develop marketing ideas, outreach strategies, and customer engagement plans
- Wear multiple hats — operations, customer service, logistics, leadership, and business development
