What's the role?
Reporting to the Head of Client Operations, as a Client Operations Specialist you will play a crucial role in supporting our Client Partnerships and support teams, empowering them to achieve sales outcomes efficiently. You will be a primary point of contact for operational inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve challenges.
Your responsibilities will include supporting change initiatives, improving operational procedures, and enhancing the user experience. You will also contribute to maintaining News Corp's corporate governance by ensuring adherence to key Audit controls.
About The Role
- Enhance operational efficiencies, drive revenue-generating initiatives, identify areas for improvement, provide coaching and support.
- Act as an escalation point, conduct reporting and analysis, develop support documentation.
- Supporting our internal sales and support functions and ensuring new processes and business changes consider the impacts on our customers.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Contribute to the development of market-relevant products and process improvements to drive revenue and support group strategies.
- Support new employee onboarding, participate in UAT and BVT
- Maintain sales support documentation
- Provide ad-hoc training, and offer subject matter expertise for business change initiatives.
- Assist in the development of market relevant products or process improvements to drive revenue in support of group strategies.
- Monitor the queries received into the sales operations inbox and actively identifies opportunities to streamline processes for our sales and support teams.
- Manage the day to day tasks across the sales operations team as well as providing support to internal stakeholders to improve existing and develop new processes focused on improving the efficiency of our sales and support team functions.
Who are you?
- Prior experience working in media, sales, production and/or contact center environments.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and/or Genesys contact centre technology is an advantage
- Highly collaborative team player
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Experience using Confluence content management software is an advantage.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Curiosity and questioning mindset - curious about why things are the way they are, and open to doing things differently and willing to try things that don’t fit neatly into your own assumptions.
- Customer-centric - ability to empathise with the end user of our platforms and services.
- A critical thinker with the ability to find creative solutions to complex problems.
