About This Position What You´ll Do
- Work closely with the Manager of Processes and Sales Enablement on global strategic and operational initiatives
- Support sales enablement and business operations activities, ensuring efficient and scalable processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive projects forward across regions
- Structure, optimize, and document business processes to enhance efficiency and transparency
- Build and maintain management tools, dashboards, and reports for leadership and global stakeholders
- Support the planning and execution of internal meetings, workshops, and trainings
- Contribute to onboarding new teams and markets through documentation and training materials
- Take ownership of smaller projects in a fast-paced, international environment
What makes you a good fit
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree in business administration, management, economics, industrial engineering, or a related field
- First practical experience through internships, working student roles, or international exposure is a plus
- Fluent English language skills; German is a plus
- Excellent skills in PowerPoint and Excel, as well as confidence in using MS Teams and SharePoint
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented working style
- Proactive and reliable, with a hands-on mindset and eagerness to take ownership
- Curious mindset with an interest in business operations, strategy, and sales enablement
- Availability as of July for six months

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1.050-2.270. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
