You will act as a strategic partner to the COO, tackling the company’s highest-priority challenges during a major expansion into accounts payable and AI-powered analytics. This multi-faceted role combines financial modeling, process automation, and cross-functional leadership to scale operations and optimize the money-movement stack for thousands of service businesses.

What You Will Do
- Build complex financial models and dashboards to drive executive decision-making and monitor high-volume payment activity.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and build custom automations or MCPs to eliminate manual work across sales and success teams.
- Lead strategic initiatives and special projects directly for the leadership team to improve cost efficiency and mitigate financial risks.
The ideal candidate
- 2-5 years of experience in investment banking or private equity with a rigorous foundation in modeling and pressure-testing assumptions.
- Strong technical curiosity with an affinity for AI prompting and a desire to integrate automation into core business workflows.
- Proven ability to operate independently in fast-paced environments with a bias for action and an obsession with accurate, high-quality results.
