Company Description
SocialSight empowers the world's top creative talent to develop and scale content. With a mission to foster creativity and innovation, SocialSight offers a platform designed to simplify and amplify the content creation process. SocialSight is a high-growth, already profitable startup with millions of active users.
Role
We are looking for a strategic, high-execution Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager. This isn't a passive corporate marketing role. You will own the commercial playbook from end to end - defining our target audiences, positioning complex AI video and image technologies, and executing growth strategies that turn technical breakthroughs into revenue and user adoption.
You will sit right at the intersection of product, engineering, and users, transforming cutting-edge AI features into clear, compelling narratives and repeatable growth loops.
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end commercial strategy for net-new product features and platform tiers, from initial positioning to multi-channel acquisition campaigns.
- Turn deeply technical AI capabilities (like generative video, agentic asset creation, and model workflows) into sharp, proof positioning that resonates with our target market.
- Identify, test, and scale acquisition channels. Optimize the funnel to increase user retention and conversion from free tiers to premium/enterprise tiers.
- Dive deep into user data and market trends to understand exactly how creators, agencies, or enterprises utilize generative tools, keeping our roadmap aligned with real market demand.
- Create the collateral, case studies, and framework playbooks necessary to accelerate inbound pipeline and enterprise deals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading product marketing, growth marketing, or GTM strategy, ideally in SaaS, developer tools, or rapidly evolving tech sectors.
- A strong grasp of the generative AI landscape (image/video generation, creator tools, or agentic workflows)
- Comfortable diving into analytics to measure campaign performance, map user journeys, and make growth decisions based on hard metrics rather than intuition.
- The ability to write crisp, direct copy and distill complex technical infrastructure into simple, high-impact value propositions.
- A strong bias for action. You enjoy building the playbook from scratch, running fast experiments, and wearing multiple commercial hats in an evolving industry.
