Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO), based in Bengaluru. The Group CFO will lead and manage the financial strategy, oversee financial planning and reporting, and analyze financial data to drive informed decision-making. Key responsibilities include preparing and managing financial statements, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting business growth strategies, and implementing financial controls to optimize company performance.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Financial Planning, Financial Statements, and Finance
- Proficiency in Financial Reporting and the preparation of management reports
- Advanced Analytical Skills for evaluating complex financial data and trends
- Leadership experience in managing financial teams and cross-functional collaboration
- Thorough understanding of corporate finance, regulations, and compliance
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or relevant fields; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are an advantage
- Proven track record in the real estate sector or related industries is highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
