Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- 5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
- People management experience.
Preferred qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in GTM strategy, operations, or product management, with a proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformations and designing segment GTM for sales or partnerships.
- Experience managing pivot moments where existing operating models are phased out in favor of AI-driven or AI-augmented models.
- Deep knowledge of YouTube large partners ecosystem, YouTube service and support operations, and participant context.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic AI; ability to bridge the gap between technical engineering teams and business stakeholders.
- Strong business sense with distinctive problem solving and analysis, executive communication and influencing skills.
About The Job
In this role, you will lead a team responsible for developing a multi-year roadmap to evolve our partnership service models and capabilities given the accelerating impact of AI. You will take on strategic projects to redefine the future state of human-led support across large partner, tier 1, vendor develop, on-demand segments and rethink how we measure partner satisfaction and drive program operations (e.g., quality, conversational insights) via developing AI capabilities. You will influence and align key stakeholders, executives, and frontline leaders to enable deep change management and upskill full time employee and vendor teams to deliver segment business outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-functional and Product teams to build and scale new AI capabilities that transform existing program operations, workflows, and core metrics.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $234,000-$326,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Be responsible for developing multi-year roadmaps to evolve partnerships service model and capabilities given the impact of AI (e.g. future role of the partner manager and human vendor agent).
- Be responsible for building and scaling new AI capabilities that transform existing program operations and workflows (e.g., transforming insights across segments via conversational AI capability, revamping human-led quality operations of vendor programs with AI, rethinking measurement of survey-based partner satisfaction with AI).
- Be responsible for the overall frontline team service model strategy for scaled programs (e.g. tier 1, vendor develop, on-demand), determining who we serve, partner needs and the level of service provided and the right operating model.
- Enable change management with frontline employees and vendor teams, including evolving frontline roles/workflows, upskilling frontline teams to deliver segment business outcomes.
