About the Role
We're looking for a Business Operations Analyst to join our team. You'll be at the heart of the daily operations, coordinating with vendors and clients, managing transactions in Dynamics 365 Business Central, reconciling inventory, preparing reports, and keeping processes documented and running smoothly. This role works closely with leadership and gives you direct exposure to international clients.
What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day business operations and processes
- Coordinate with vendors and clients on operational matters
- Create and manage customers, vendors, and items in D365 Business Central
- Verify and post invoices, create sales orders and credit memos
- Manage and reconcile inventory differences
- Prepare ad hoc reports and analysis in Excel
- Maintain regular process documentation
- Communicate with stakeholders and present updates
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements

Selection Process

- Complete a D365 Business Central familiarity test (shared after initial screening)
- Solve an Excel-based problem-solving task (shared after initial screening)
