Role Summary
Bolt.Earth is looking for a detail oriented and analytical professional to join our Sales Operations & Business Analytics team. This role will be responsible for supporting the Sales organization through CRM administration, quote management, sales process governance, reporting, dashboarding, and business analytics.
The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with hands-on experience managing sales operations processes and CRM systems. They will work closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Business teams to improve data quality, operational efficiency, pipeline visibility, and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations
- Manage and maintain CRM data accuracy, hygiene, and governance across the sales funnel.
- Create and manage customer quotations, proposals, and sales-related documentation.
- Support opportunity creation, tracking, pipeline management, and deal lifecycle monitoring.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of customer, opportunity, pricing, and sales records within CRM platforms.
- Partner with Sales teams to improve CRM adoption, process compliance, and data quality.
- Support territory planning, lead allocation, and sales performance tracking.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies impacting sales reporting and forecasting.
- Act as the first point of contact for CRM-related queries and operational support
Analytics & Reporting
- Develop, automate, and maintain business reports, dashboards, and sales performance trackers.
- Analyze sales performance, funnel conversion metrics, revenue trends, and operational KPIs.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI.
- Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews for leadership teams.
- Deliver actionable insights that improve sales productivity and operational effectiveness.
- Monitor key business metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Support strategic business initiatives through data-driven analysis and reporting.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Product teams to ensure consistent reporting and data alignment.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into reporting and analytical solutions.
- Support management with ad-hoc analysis, forecasting, and business planning activities.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, Sales Analytics, Revenue Operations, or similar roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL, Power BI, and Advanced Excel.
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Fresh sales, or similar systems.
- Hands-on experience in quote creation, sales process management, and CRM administration.
- Strong understanding of sales funnel metrics, pipeline management, forecasting, and KPI tracking.
- Experience building dashboards, reports, and automated reporting solutions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience supporting B2B sales teams and revenue operations functions.
- Exposure to Python for automation and analytics is a plus.
- Experience in startups, SaaS, EV, technology, or high growth businesses is preferred.
