People & Business Operations Specialist
ABOUT NODIAC
Nodiac is an AI infrastructure development company. We deploy modular data centers at existing power sites, delivering inference compute capacity in months instead of the 5+ years required by traditional builds. Our team has identified hundreds of sites across 30+ states with a GW pipeline.
We solve the most urgent bottleneck in AI: getting power to compute. Billions in data center investment is stalled behind grid interconnection queues. We cut that timeline by building at sites where power infrastructure already exists.
Nodiac works with hyperscalers who need near-term inference capacity and with IPPs, utilities, and co-ops who want to maximize the value of their existing assets. We handle site development, power infrastructure, and operations. Our partners get new revenue streams with minimal disruption.
THE ROLE
This is a newly created role designed for someone who can own a wide range of operational, administrative, and people functions at a fast-moving startup. The Business Operations Specialist keeps the company running, from making sure employees get paid accurately to coordinating a candidate pipeline to routing an agreement through DocuSign. No two weeks look the same.
You will work directly alongside the Finance & Business Operations Manager, with shared context on systems, vendors, and the broader operational infrastructure. The ideal candidate is organized, self-directed, and comfortable owning a diverse set of responsibilities without a detailed playbook. Startup experience is strongly preferred.
