Additionally, Agrizy assists these processors in sourcing raw materials from farm-gate aggregators and FPOs, standardizing their operations and processing facilities through technology, obtaining quality certifications, and enabling access to working capital from formal lenders at competitive rates.
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented I
ntern – Sales & Business Operations to support our business teams in lead management, account operations, customer onboarding, and backend sales processes. The intern will play a key role in converting leads into processed opportunities, managing NCA and ERV accounts from the backend, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers and internal teams. This role offers hands-on exposure to fintech operations, customer lifecycle management, CRM processes, and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in converting leads into processed and qualified opportunities.
- Manage backend operations for NCA (New Customer Acquisition) and ERV accounts.
- Coordinate with customers to collect required documents and information for onboarding and account processing.
- Maintain accurate and updated records in CRM and internal systems.
- Track lead progress and ensure timely movement through the sales funnel.
- Assist in account management, customer follow-ups, and operational coordination.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, lead trackers, and operational dashboards.
- Work closely with sales, operations, and business teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Identify process gaps and support process improvement initiatives.
- Handle data management, reporting, and administrative support activities.
- Support day-to-day business operations and stakeholder coordination.
Skills & Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed Graduation/Post Graduation in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, or business operations is preferred.
- Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn.
