Following significant investment and rapid international expansion, our client is continuing to scale its commercial operations and is looking for an experienced Revenue Operations Manager to help build a world-class go-to-market function. The Revenue Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue efficiency, sales productivity, and operational excellence across the entire customer journey. Working closely with senior commercial leaders, you will optimise systems, reporting, forecasting, compensation planning, and AI-enabled workflows that support sustainable growth. This role offers significant exposure to leadership, strategic decision-making, and the chance to shape how a modern AI-native revenue organisation operates.
Role Highlights
- Own and enhance the GTM technology ecosystem, including CRM, automation, and revenue tools
- Deliver accurate forecasting, pipeline reporting, and commercial performance insights
- Design scalable sales processes that improve productivity and operational efficiency
- Lead compensation administration, territory planning, and account ownership management
- Drive AI adoption across revenue operations to improve decision-making and workflow automation
You Will Need
- 5+ years' experience within Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Business Operations in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong CRM and revenue systems expertise, ideally within complex commercial organisations
- Experience producing executive-level reporting, forecasting, and pipeline analysis
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into commercial actions
- Confidence partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Leadership teams
