Sales Operations Manager
We’re looking for a Sales Operations Manager to help optimize and scale the systems, processes, and analytics that drive our commercial sales organization.
In this role, you'll work closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and IT to improve forecasting, CRM and ERP workflows, reporting, pipeline visibility, and overall sales effectiveness. You'll play a key role in helping the business make better, data-driven decisions while building scalable processes that support growth.
What you'll do:
- Optimize sales processes from lead generation through order fulfillment
- Manage and improve CRM and ERP workflows, dashboards, automation, and reporting
- Develop and maintain sales analytics, KPIs, forecasting, and pipeline reporting
- Improve CRM adoption, data quality, governance, and process compliance
- Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements across commercial operations
- Support sales leadership with reporting, forecasting, and performance insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and drive commercial excellence
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Analytics, CRM Administration, or a related role
- Strong experience with CRM and ERP platforms (Salesforce, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
- Experience developing dashboards, reporting, KPIs, forecasting, and business analytics
- Proven ability to improve processes, systems, and operational efficiency
- Experience supporting B2B sales organizations
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, building products, construction, or channel sales environments is an asset
- Bilingual (English & French) is an asset
Compensation: $100,000–$110,000 annually, based on experience.
