Role: SAP CPQ Project Manager
Location: Santa Clara, CA (Onsite 5 days/week)

Role Overview
Seeking a Senior SAP Project Manager (15+ years) with strong experience in SAP CPQ and Lead-to-Cash processes to support a high-tech client. This role will manage end-to-end delivery of CPQ-related initiatives, ensuring alignment across Sales Cloud, CPQ, and downstream ERP processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP project delivery, including planning, execution, and governance (scope, timeline, budget)
- Drive Lead-to-Cash initiatives, covering opportunity → quote → order → billing lifecycle
- Manage SAP CPQ implementations / enhancements, including pricing, configuration, and quote workflows
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams (Sales, IT, Finance, SAP functional & technical teams)
- Oversee integration between SAP Sales Cloud, CPQ, and SAP S/4HANA
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution throughout project lifecycle
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Support testing, deployment, and go-live activities for CPQ-related releases
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of Project / Program Management experience
- Strong experience with SAP CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote)
- Proven experience managing Lead-to-Cash / Quote-to-Cash processes
- Experience in High-Tech industry (hardware, SaaS, or complex product environments)
- Strong understanding of: Sales Cloud / CRM systems, CPQ pricing & configuration and Order-to-Cash (S/4HANA, SD, billing).
- Experience leading cross-functional/global teams
- Strong stakeholder and client-facing communication skills
Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA (SD / Order-to-Cash)
- Experience with SAP Sales Cloud integrations
- PMP or SAP Activate certification
- Background in complex product pricing / subscriptions / licensing models (common in high-tech CPQ environments)
