Role Description
This is a full-time, remote, fractional CFO role. The CFO will be responsible for business development, engaging with CEOs, budgeting, preparing financial statements and overseeing external audits, managing small teams, cap table management and fundraising. The role requires driving financial strategy, analyzing complex financial data, evaluating performance metrics, and supporting long-term business growth.
Qualifications
- Prior CFO experience
- Expertise in accounting, modeling and financial strategy
- Proficiency in creating and analyzing financial statements and conducting overall financial management
- Exceptional analytical skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making
- Extensive knowledge of finance operations, processes, and tools
- Demonstrated leadership and the ability to build relationships across an organization
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA certification is a plus
- Experience working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment is preferred
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
