Role Overview
We are looking for a process-driven Inside Sales / Sales Ops professional who lives and breathes data, pipelines, and closing metrics. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for maintaining our CRM health while actively engaging warm prospects to drive software-as-a-service (SaaS) subscription conversions.
What You Will Do
- Own and optimize our sales stack (CRM, tracking parameters, and automated email sequences).
- Engage with inbound software leads, understand their tech bottlenecks, and guide them through our product pipeline.
- Track and report on pipeline health, sales velocity, conversion metrics, and monthly recurring revenue (MRR) leaks.
- Clean up customer databases, build sales reports, and create seamless hand-off processes for our account management team.
Experienced Candidate Qualifications
- Proven SaaS Track Record: Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Inside Sales, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations (RevOps) specifically within the B2B SaaS domain.
- CRM & Stack Mastery: Advanced power-user status in enterprise CRM ecosystems (HubSpot or Salesforce). Demonstrated ability to architect custom workflows, automated email sequencing, pipeline stage rules, and lead-scoring models.
- Analytical Leadership: Strong data fluency with a proven history of identifying pipeline bottlenecks, optimizing conversion rates, and reducing Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) churn.
- Strategic Communication: Masterful verbal and written English communication skills, with a track record of running discovery calls and negotiating contract values with global mid-market and enterprise tech stakeholders.
- Independence: Self-motivated closer who thrives in structured tracking environments and prefers building systems over just following scripts.
