ABOUT THE ROLE
SimpleVMS is looking for a driven Sales Operations & Enablement Specialist to serve as the connective tissue between our sales team and the tools, content, and processes they need to win. This is more than an administrative role; you will own the systems, workflows, and resources that help our sellers close faster, onboard more confidently, and perform at a higher level. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Sales Onboarding & Enablement
- Coordinate onboarding logistics for new sales team members — scheduling orientation, system access setup, and first-week administrative tasks
- Maintain structured onboarding checklists, training tracks, and resource guides that reduce ramp time for incoming hires
Territory Planning & Account Operations
- Support territory planning through zip code-level channel analysis — identifying coverage gaps, market density, and opportunities to optimize sales executive assignments
- Assist in the management and tiering of accounts across A, B, and C classifications
- Partner with sales leadership to review and adjust account assignments based on capacity, performance data, and territory changes
CRM Administration, Data & Reporting
- Serve as the primary HubSpot CRM administrator — building and maintaining workflows, managing list imports, and ensuring data hygiene
- Own contact and company data enrichment using Claude AI, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Navigator
- Generate regular pipeline, activity, and performance reports for sales leadership
- Prepare executive-level sales reports and board-ready presentations on behalf of sales leadership
Executive & Administrative Support (about 20% of your time)
- Provide high-level administrative support to sales leadership — managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel
- Assist in coordinating trade show attendance, sales events, and other promotional activities from logistics to follow-up execution
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- HubSpot CRM proficiency is required — you must have hands-on experience building workflows, managing imports, maintaining data integrity, and generating reports within HubSpot.
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales support, sales operations, or revenue enablement role. SaaS, technology, and/or staffing industry experience is a plus.
- Proficient in Excel with experience building reports and analyzing data sets.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management instincts: you can juggle multiple workstreams, set priorities, and deliver on time without needing heavy oversight.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable picking up new tools quickly.
- A high standard for accuracy and detail.
- Collaborative, low-ego team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a positive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Gong experience is a plus — familiarity with call recording, conversation intelligence, and rep coaching workflows within the platform is valued but not required.
- AI fluency is a plus — experience using Claude or other AI tools to streamline workflows, enrich data, or accelerate content creation is a differentiator. We actively use AI here and are looking for someone excited to grow with it.
