The Role
We are seeking a Sales Operations Support Specialist to sit at the heart of our Sales Operations function, keeping our sales engine running smoothly day to day. Reporting to the Manager, Business Operations, you will coordinate the rhythm of our sales motion — managing pipeline and CRM data, supporting Microsoft-funded engagements, and maintaining the systems and routines that keep our sales team aligned and effective.
This is a hands-on coordination role, ideal for someone who is highly organised, systems-confident, and energised by being the connective tissue across our sales, delivery, finance, and Microsoft partnership functions.
This is a full-time, 100% in-office role based in North Sydney.
Due to the nature of the role, there is no option for hybrid or remote work.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations & Pipeline
- Facilitate key sales routines across pipeline, account management, and Microsoft-funded engagements, ensuring effective communication and support across teams
- Manage Dynamics 365 (D365) CRM data, creating opportunities and accounts, generating reports, and coordinating pipeline tasks for accurate tracking
- Support the weekly Sales Team pipeline review, preparing data and follow-ups for the team and leadership
- Maintain the currency of D365 opportunities for transformation engagements, including MCI and FastTrack
Microsoft Portals & Funded Engagements
- Maintain and monitor Microsoft portals to track clients, sales, and programmatic funded opportunities, and manage shared data with Microsoft including inbound and outbound co-sell referrals
- Provide operational management for Microsoft programmatic funding initiatives such as MCI, ensuring smooth execution and compliance
- Submit FastTrack voucher claims, ensuring accurate and timely processing
- Ensure alignment between Microsoft portals and D365 data to maintain consistency and accuracy
- Confirm eligibility for Microsoft programmatic funding during the sales phase, coordinating the documentation and requirements needed to secure funding
Engagement & Delivery Coordination
- Provide operational support to transformation engagements, coordinating sales-related activities and initiatives
- Manage key routines and client communications for transformation engagements, including pipeline and flight plans for initiatives such as DSE and Copilot
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in a sales operations, sales support, business operations, or coordination role
- Working proficiency with CRM systems (Dynamics 365 highly regarded) and Microsoft 365 applications
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position
Skills and Experience:
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage across sales, delivery, and leadership teams
- Proven ability to manage systems such as CRM platforms or business applications
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to maintain accurate data and produce reliable reporting
- Proactive and collaborative approach, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Familiarity with the Microsoft partner ecosystem and programmatic funding (e.g. MCI, FastTrack) is advantageous
