Role Description
The Chief Financial Officer is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, responsible for the financial health, strategic direction, and operational integrity of the organization. This role partners closely with the CEO and senior leaders to drive growth, manage risk, and build the financial infrastructure that supports long-term value creation. The CFO leads a high-performing team spanning finance, accounting, payroll, accounts payable, and vendor management.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressively responsible financial leadership experience, including senior or executive level roles at a major company or division of a large corporation.
- Proven track record in financial planning& analysis, accounting, and internal controls.
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Proven experience partnering with a CEO and executive team on strategic initiatives.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Master's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- CPA, CMA, or equivalent financial certification preferred.
- Experience in large multi-location third party management or franchise structured business a plus!
