Position Summary:
This is a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment that requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, superb analytical skills, and the ability to team with others within the company. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our team.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth execution of sales operations by working closely with sales, finance, partners, legal, and other internal stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be in the management and improvement of the quote to cash processes. This involves supporting and bettering our quote generation systems, price-list tables, contract reviewal process, and order management flow. Particularly, you will collaborate with internal teams to review and approve nonstandard sales quotes, orders, and contract renewals, while also ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies. We’re looking for a team player that can execute within the current system while simultaneously rolling out improvements to it.
In addition to quote to cash and order management workflows, you’ll be involved across revenue operations data management projects, ad hoc request support, and sales process management. You’ll become well acquainted with internal system architecture so that you can manage bulk data uploads, SFDC updates and adjustments, and integration support.
We are seeking someone with a proactive approach and ability to identify areas for improvement that will contribute to enhancing our sales operations efficiency. You should be comfortable wearing multiple hats and jumping into support high value/priority projects as needed. Responsibilities
- Work with Sales and Finance on non-compliant orders and provide direction and clarity on steps to resolve order issues
- Act as a point of contact for ad-hoc revenue operations requests, bug errors, quote challenges, etc
- Work cross-functionally among Coreview internal business partners to approve nonstandard sales quotes, orders, amendments, and contract renewals
- Update and manage territory files, audit logs, de-duplication workflows, and other system management tasks
- Support sales cycle and CRM enhancements to streamline processes and improve reporting.
- Participate in driving process improvements and system upgrades, including a CPQ.
- Assist sales in completing quotes and provide necessary training as required.
- Own price books and reseller/distributor communication of our SKUs.
- Partner with legal, finance, and sales leadership in generating standard contracting terms & templatized legal amendments for standard quotes
- Take ownership of the revenue operations handbook and develop revenue-related training materials.
- Contribute to the effectiveness of the revenue operations team by providing support and assistance with diverse tasks and initiatives aimed at enhancing the performance of the GTM organization.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- Ideal candidates will possess 1-2 years of Salesforce experience.
- Candidates with finance knowledge and experience in SaaS companies are highly valued for this role.
- Previous experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, or Contracts Management is a significant asset for this position.
- Candidates should have experience in developing pricing strategies and conducting margin analyses to optimize revenue generation.
- Familiarity with partner/reseller and direct sales go-to-market models is advantageous.
- Successful candidates will demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills, along with the ability to build effective cross-functional relationships.
- We are seeking detail-oriented and energetic professionals who excel in both verbal and written communication, with a collaborative team spirit.
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com, CPQ, and standard technologies utilized by enterprise software providers is highly desirable.
- Candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges.
- The ability to confidently lead discussions with sales representatives and effectively prioritize tasks is essential.
