Head of Revenue Operations
Floqer · New York (hybrid or remote) · $150,000–$250,000 based on experience
We build the GTM data engine that runs revenue ops for companies like Perplexity, Wise, and AngelList. Managed enrichment, waterfall coverage across 80+ providers, agents that do the account research reps never get to. Now we need someone to run revenue operations on our own house.
This is not a "keep Salesforce tidy" job. You will own how Floqer goes to market: the data, the funnel, the systems, the numbers leadership runs on.
What you'll own
- The full revenue stack. CRM, enrichment, routing, scoring, sequencing, attribution. You decide what we run and why.
- Pipeline truth. One number everyone trusts, from first touch to closed-won. No two dashboards disagreeing in a board meeting.
- Forecasting. Build the model, defend the call, tell the founders when the quarter is real and when it isn't.
- Funnel mechanics. Find where deals slip, fix the handoffs, kill the steps that waste rep time.
- Our own GTM workflows. We sell automation. You should be running the sharpest version of it internally before any customer sees it.
- Comp plans and territory design as the team scales.
What we're looking for
- You have run RevOps or Sales Ops at a B2B SaaS company through real growth, not just maintained one at steady state.
- You are fluent in the data layer, not scared of it. SQL, enrichment logic, CRM schema, what a clean record actually looks like.
- You think in systems and you ship. Strategy decks that never get built are worthless here.
- You have opinions about why most GTM data is garbage and what good looks like instead.
- You move fast, write short, and would rather fix the thing than schedule a meeting about it.
Bonus if you have lived inside Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, or Salesforce deeply enough to have strong feelings about all of them.
The details
- Location: New York. Hybrid out of the NYC office or fully remote, your call.
- Compensation: $150,000–$250,000 base depending on experience, plus equity.
- Reports to: the founders. This is a leadership seat, not a support function.
We are small, fast, and VC - backed. The person in this seat shapes how we sell for the next several years.
