Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations & CRM Associate to support our A&I commercial team through Salesforce administration, sales reporting, and business analytics.
Goal: Improve visibility into sales activity, pipeline management, territory performance, and opportunity tracking while supporting the overall effectiveness of our sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day administration and maintenance of Salesforce CRM
- Monitor Salesforce usage, adoption, and data accuracy across the sales team
- Assist with development of sales dashboards and KPI reporting
- Generate reports related to:
- Net sales by territory and salesperson
- New order acquisition
- Pipeline and future opportunities
- Sales activity and forecasting
- Help maintain data integrity and reporting consistency within Salesforce
- Support integration between net sales reporting and pipeline activity tracking
- Assist with digital lead generation and campaign support, including AI-driven research tools
- Provide analytical and administrative support to sales leadership and regional managers
- Support customer visits, trade shows, and marketing activities as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field
- Strong Microsoft Excel and computer skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM systems preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Analytical mindset with interest in sales operations and business analytics
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
