We're an AI-native platform that generates performance-optimized video ad creatives at scale - the kind that actually lower CPI and improve ROAS, not just look good.
Brands today need hundreds of creatives across audiences, languages, geographies, and buying moments. Traditional production can't keep up. We're the AI layer that reads what makes video content work and uses that to generate and optimize creatives automatically.

The role
This is not a sales role with a quota and a playbook. There is no playbook yet. You'll write it.
We need a person who can generate demand, build relationships, close customers, and help shape our GTM strategy from day one across India, Southeast Asia, Middle East, UK, and US markets.
📍 Bangalore (In-office)
We strongly prefer candidates who can work closely with the founding team from our Bangalore office.
What you'll own
→ Build the outbound engine from zero (cold email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp)
→ Get meetings with founders, CMOs, and UA leads globally
→ Run demos, handle objections, close deals end to end
→ Own SuperMaya's LinkedIn and social presence
→ Turn customer wins into case studies and inbound content
→ Build the agency and partner ecosystem
Who we're looking for
→ 3 - 8 years in sales, growth, BizDev, or a founder's office
→ Has closed B2B deals or built pipeline from scratch
→ Gets responses from cold outreach others give up on
→ Talks peer-to-peer with founders and CXOs without blinking
→ Understands how performance marketers think (CPI, ROAS, CAC)
→ Treats ownership as a default, not a reward
→ You've probably been frustrated by slow-moving organizations and want more ownership than your current role allows
