Revenue Operations & Strategy Manager
Full-time | Melbourne or Sydney
Why JET Charge?
JET Charge is helping lead one of the most significant shifts in energy and transport in a generation.
Our mission is clear: to provide EV charging at no cost, with no
emissions. We’re building Australia’s electrified future by developing the infrastructure and technology that makes clean transport more accessible through innovation in charging, grid, and energy management systems.
As Australia’s leading EV charging company, we work across the infrastructure, software, and technical delivery that sit behind complex commercial charging projects. This is an opportunity to join a business shaping how EV charging will be designed into commercial buildings and projects in the years ahead.
The Role
We are looking for a commercially minded and systems-focused Revenue Operations & Strategy Manager to help make JET Charge’s revenue organisation more effective, scalable and data-led.
This role owns the systems, processes, data and governance that support Sales, Marketing and segment teams to operate with consistency and confidence. You will be responsible for improving the quality of revenue intelligence across JET Charge, including pipeline visibility, forecasting, CRM discipline, deal routing and revenue reporting.
This is an individual contributor role with broad organisational reach. You will work closely with the EGM — Commercial, Wholesale & GTM, as well as Sales, Marketing, Finance and other business leaders, to improve how the revenue engine runs and support key strategic initiatives from concept through to execution.
This role will suit someone who can move between commercial analysis, systems improvement, stakeholder influence and hands-on execution. You will need strong commercial judgement, a structured approach to problem solving, and the ability to turn revenue data and process gaps into practical improvements that last.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning and improving the systems, processes and governance that support JET Charge’s revenue organisation.
- Maintaining CRM discipline and helping ensure pipeline and forecast data is accurate, trusted and useful.
- Supporting revenue intelligence, reporting and forecasting across Sales, Finance and Commercial leadership.
- Building and maintaining clear frameworks for deal routing, channel governance and revenue process ownership.
- Identifying friction in the revenue engine and delivering practical, durable improvements.
- Supporting the revenue technology stack, including CRM, automation and AI tools.
- Building documentation, knowledge bases and enablement materials that help teams work more consistently.
- Supporting strategic initiatives that reduce friction, increase sales capacity or improve revenue outcomes.
- Providing commercial analysis and operational support to the EGM on revenue performance, planning and strategic priorities.
- Supporting sales incentive planning, target architecture and quarterly reconciliation processes in partnership with Finance.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in revenue operations, sales operations, commercial strategy, business operations or a similar role.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to connect process, systems and data decisions to revenue outcomes.
- Experience working with CRM systems, pipeline management, forecasting, reporting or sales governance.
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking capability, with the ability to diagnose root causes and build practical solutions.
- Confidence working across Sales, Marketing, Finance and senior commercial stakeholders.
- The ability to influence without direct authority and drive adoption of new processes or standards.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present insights clearly and make recommendations.
- Experience supporting strategic initiatives, process improvement or cross-functional projects from concept through to execution.
- Curiosity and confidence with technology, automation and AI tools.
- A disciplined approach to documentation, follow-through and building capability that lives in the business.
