The Business Operations Lead is Joint Venture’s operational backbone — ensuring the company runs effectively, optimizing what's working, addressing what isn't, and identifying opportunities for innovation.
This role requires an ability to move seamlessly across multiple aspects of the company, including finance, data, technology, and operations. You'll be the company's institutional knowledge keeper and analytical compass; the person the team turns to for both the "why" and the "how" behind our plans.
We’re looking for someone who is both strategic and scrappy, capable of thinking big while executing at a granular level. If you're energized by multifaceted challenges, excel at synthesizing complex information into clarity, and are motivated by building the operational infrastructure that enables creative excellence, this role is for you.
You’ll report directly to the CEO and work closely with the Chief Creative Officer, operating effectively as an extension of the CEO's office.
To apply, please include your resume and a paragraph explaining what makes you tick
