THE ROLE
This is ContraVault's most critical marketing hire. You will be the India-based engine behind our US inbound machine — responsible for generating qualified pipeline from the US market before we have a full sales team on the ground there. You will own demand generation end-to-end: paid, email, webinars, PLG conversion, and analytics.
This is not a brand role. Every initiative you run will be measured against one outcome: pipeline in dollars.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- US inbound pipeline — own a quarterly pipeline contribution target (in USD) and work backward from it
- LinkedIn Ads for the US market — audience targeting, creative strategy, bid optimization, A/B testing. US CPL is expensive; your job is to make every dollar earn its keep
- Email nurture infrastructure — build and operate sequences for trial users, PLG signups, and top-of-funnel leads. Map sequences to buyer stages, not just time delays
- Webinar and virtual event engine — high-intent demand generation for US enterprise buyers. Own the calendar, the co-presenters, the promotion, and the follow-up
- PLG conversion — turn free-tier users of ContraVault's form identification feature into qualified pipeline through structured nurture and PQL triggers
- Analytics and attribution — build the model that tells us what channels are generating real pipeline, not just impressions. Kill what doesn't work, double what does
- India GTM support — parallel support for India paid campaigns and nurture as needed, but US is the primary mandate
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE DONE
- Owned a pipeline contribution number — not MQLs, not clicks. Pipeline measured in ARR or ACV. If you can't quote this number precisely, you have not done this job
- Run LinkedIn Ads targeting US enterprise buyers — not boosted posts. Campaign architecture, audience segmentation, exclusions, creative testing, bid strategy
- Built or meaningfully operated email nurture sequences that convert — from signup to demo booking
- Launched an inbound function from scratch or rebuilt a broken one — you are a builder, not an inheritor
- Preferably worked at an Indian SaaS company selling into the US — Freshworks, Chargebee, BrowserStack, CleverTap, MoEngage, Postman, LeadSquared, Hasura, or similar calibre
- Used the modern B2B stack: LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Apollo or Clay, HubSpot or Salesforce, Google Analytics, and a marketing automation tool

- Experience: 5+ years, with at least 2-3 years of India-based US market GTM
- Reporting to: CEO

Compensation
₹20-30 LPA · Negotiable for an exceptional profile
