The Opportunity
Based out of their Ingleburn head office, this is far more than a traditional finance leadership role.
As CFO, you will partner closely with the CEO and Leadership Team to strengthen financial performance, consolidate acquired businesses, improve governance and build a scalable platform for future growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading all aspects of the finance function across multiple branches and business divisions
- Driving budgeting, forecasting, cashflow management and financial planning
- Delivering meaningful management reporting, board reporting and commercial insights
- Managing banking relationships, debt facilities and treasury activities
- Leading acquisition integration projects and financial transformation initiatives
- Strengthening governance, controls and reporting frameworks
- Developing operational KPI reporting and performance visibility across the business
- Supporting strategic growth initiatives and future transaction readiness
- Leading and developing a high-performing finance team
About You
We're seeking a commercially minded and energetic CFO who thrives in dynamic, growth-focused environments.
Ideally, you will bring:
- CA or CPA qualifications
- Experience leading finance functions within complex, multi-site organisations
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic business partnering capability
- Demonstrated success integrating acquisitions and driving business improvement
- Experience managing debt facilities, treasury and banking relationships
- Strong board reporting, governance and stakeholder management experience
- The ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions
Experience within industrial distribution, equipment, manufacturing, construction, automotive, rental, wholesale or other asset-intensive industries will be highly regarded.
