Role Summary: Operations Manager
This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager role based in the home office in Dallas, TX. This role will oversee the entire investor/client experience and optimize daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and alignment with our company’s objectives. Responsibilities include managing business processes, coordinating with cross-functional teams and third-party platform partners, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. This role supports investor relations and involves processing monthly distributions, approving and reporting commissions, tracking revenue and expenses in preparation for audits, and holding regular compliance meetings.
This role requires strong customer service, exceptional problem-solving skills, and attention to detail to maintain operational excellence. Completion of the FINRA SIE and Series 99 (Operations Professional Exam) is required within the first 90 days of employment if not already licensed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and assist where needed for new hire and investor (client) onboarding
- Manage and improve upon firm processes to maximize firm back-office efficiency
- Maintain our CRM, ensuring accurate client tracking/coding
- Full responsibility for the Transfer Agent database and communications
- Help in the planning and execution of investor events and industry conferences
· Perform Form D and state filings, and manage our Electronic Filing Depository (EFD) ID login
· Coordinate with the Marketing department to execute all printed collateral
Required Qualifications:
- Service-minded positive attitude with a mindset for constant improvement
- Effective communication, process optimization, and cross-functional team collaboration
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to self-learn where needed
- Understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and resource allocation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior investment experience
- Knowledge or experience in commercial real estate, private equity, or loans/mortgages is a plus

Compensation:
Base salary is in the $55,000 to $65,000 range, dependent upon the candidate’s experience.
