Role Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to support sales operations and retail excellence initiatives. This role focuses on enhancing sales processes, managing trade spend, and delivering actionable insights to improve overall performance.
Key Responsibilities
Invoice & Trade Spend Management
- Track and analyze trade investments across multiple customer segments
- Prepare, analyze, and present key performance indicators related to budgets and invoicing
- Develop dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel and Power BI
Process Optimization & Tool Management
- Drive implementation and continuous improvement of sales processes
- Identify inefficiencies and standardize workflows across customers and markets
- Utilize advanced tools, including data analytics and automation technologies, to improve efficiency
- Maintain and optimize sales systems while ensuring high data quality
- Provide training and support to the sales team on tools and processes
Sales Support & Coordination
- Provide operational and administrative support to the sales organization
- Act as a liaison between sales, finance, and other internal teams
- Support reporting, analysis, and decision-making activities
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Initial experience in sales operations, finance, key account management, or similar functions
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of numerical proficiency
- Interest in digital tools, automation, and AI-driven solutions
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Fluency in English and German (written and spoken) is required
