Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) located in Woodward, OK. The CFO will oversee the organization’s financial operations and strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Responsibilities include managing financial statements, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting, as well as analyzing trends and data to guide decision-making. The CFO will collaborate with executive leadership to establish and implement financial goals while ensuring the financial health and growth of the company.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Planning, Financial Statements, and managing overall financial operations
- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data to support decision-making
- Experience in Financial Reporting and ensuring compliance with financial regulations
- Proven leadership and strategic planning skills within a financial or business context
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; a CPA or CFA certification is a plus
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and relationship management abilities
- Experience in the chemicals or manufacturing industry is advantageous
