I'm looking for a Co-Founder & Chief Revenue Officer. Not an employee. A partner.
Here's the situation, told straight.
WEVOSI puts a full AI executive team — CFO, CTO, CMO, COO, CRO, CCO, and Chief of Staff — into the hands of businesses that could never afford a real one. The product is built. It's live. We proved the concept with WEVOSI / CXO, and we're now launching WEVOSI / Meridian — teams, unlimited seats, a built-in CRM, mapping, analytical improvement loops, and native Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 integration.
And it's not theoretical. Our Alpha users already span energy and oilfield services, healthcare and compounding pharmacy, health and wellness, food and beverage logistics, and real estate across commercial, residential, development, construction, and M&A. In oilfield alone, our agents read engineering drawings, interpret performance charts, and generate proposals that used to eat days of an expert's week. The same platform is finding pull in five industries that have almost nothing in common — which tells you this isn't a niche tool. It's a horizontal engine, and we've barely scratched the market.
What we don't have yet is the person who turns a great product into a great company.
That's the seat. Here's what makes it different.
We've designed a distribution model built to scale the way the best insurance carriers scale — through appointed, independent ACE Team Leads who own territories and sectors, domestic and foreign, recruit and lead reps beneath them, and build residual books they earn on for years. The architecture is done. The first appointments are being made. What this network needs now is someone to own it, build it, and run it nationally.
I'm not handing you a playbook to execute. I'm handing you a blank map and the keys to the engine. You'll design the comp, build the rep network, set the motion, and own the number — with a product that sells itself once an operator sees their own executive team already at work on their business before they've paid a dime.
This is a co-founder seat. Real equity. Real ownership. A reserved place at a table that was held open for the right person — because revenue leadership isn't a hire to me, it's a partnership.
Who I'm looking for:
You've built or scaled a revenue organization before — ideally a distributed sales or broker/agency network, not just an inside team. You think in systems and territories, not just quotas. You're as comfortable designing a commission structure as you are closing a room. You want to own an outcome, not manage a department. And you've been waiting for the thing that's early enough to shape and real enough to bet on.
If you've ever looked at a company and thought "I could build the entire go-to-market for this from zero" — this is that company, and the seat is open.
The product is live. The model is designed. The territories are open. The only thing missing is you.
