We’re looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Operations Manager to lead our telemarketing and call center QA teams, driving outbound strategy, performance, and revenue growth. This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
🔑 What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing Inside Sales & QA team
- Build and execute outbound dialing strategies to maximize conversions
- Partner with Sales Leadership to set goals and optimize processes
- Monitor call quality, compliance, and performance metrics
- Own team KPIs, quotas, and performance management
- Analyze results and present weekly/monthly reporting to leadership
- Resolve escalated customer issues with professionalism and urgency
- Drive continuous process improvement and operational efficiency
