Role Overview
The Oracle CPQ Administrator will be responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing the Oracle CPQ Cloud platform to support our quote-to-cash processes. The role requires a minimum of 6 months of development experience within Oracle CPQ in addition to the overall 4–6 years of functional/admin expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the Oracle CPQ Cloud environment — configurations, rules, and workflows.
- Design product catalogs, pricing rules, discount schedules, and approval workflows.
- Configure Commerce, Library, and BML (BigMachines Language) scripts.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and IT teams to translate business requirements into CPQ solutions.
- Perform system testing, UAT support, and post-deployment validation.
- Manage integrations with CRM (Salesforce / Oracle CX) and ERP systems.
- Develop custom BML scripts and automation (dev experience of min. 6 months required).
- Support end-users and maintain technical documentation.
Required Skills
- 4–6 years as Oracle CPQ Administrator / Functional Consultant.
- Minimum 6 months Oracle CPQ development experience (BML scripting, advanced config).
- Proficiency in CPQ modules: Commerce, Library, Configurator, Pricing, and Approvals.
- Experience with BML scripting, XSL/XSLT, REST/SOAP API integrations.
- Strong understanding of quote-to-cash processes.
- Excellent communication skills — written and verbal.
Good to Have
- Oracle CPQ Cloud Certification.
- Exposure to Oracle ERP Cloud / Oracle CX Sales.
- Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
