Role Summary
Seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Oracle CPQ Cloud and Oracle Order Management Cloud to support a CPQ-driven commerce and fulfillment architecture.
Oracle CPQ acts as the system of record for order lifecycle management, while Oracle Order Management Cloud handles downstream fulfillment, shipping, and billing orchestration.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end Oracle CPQ commerce processes including configuration, pricing, discounting, and quote-to-order flows
Design and govern CPQ-based commerce workflows for order lifecycle management
Define and manage integrations between Oracle CPQ and Oracle Order Management Cloud
Ensure proper OM configuration for fulfillment, cancellations, backorders, returns, and revisions
Translate business requirements into functional designs, process flows, and integration specifications
Act as functional design authority and minimize unnecessary customization
Provide Tier-3 production support and perform root-cause analysis for CPQ and OM issues
Required Skills & Experience
Oracle CPQ Cloud
7–10+ years hands-on Oracle CPQ experience
Strong knowledge of configuration rules, pricing, rebates, and discount logic
Experience in complex CPQ commerce workflows and quote-to-order processes
Oracle Order Management Cloud
Strong functional knowledge of Oracle OM Cloud
Experience in order orchestration, fulfillment flows, and lifecycle management
Understanding of downstream integration with Inventory, Shipping, AR, and Finance
Business Analysis & Architecture
Strong skills in functional documentation and solution design
Ability to create process flows, integration mappings, and functional specs
Experience acting as solution design authority in enterprise environments
Integration & Technical Knowledge
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and JSON/XML payloads
Ability to analyze integration failures and system logs
Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar platforms preferred
Knowledge of SQL, OTBI, and BIP reports is an advantage
Preferred Skills
Experience in enterprise CPQ-to-ERP integration architectures
Strong stakeholder management across business and technical teams
Experience in high-volume B2B commerce environments
Key Requirements
Strong functional ownership of CPQ + OM processes
Ability to handle complex order lifecycle scenarios
Strong analytical and troubleshooting capability
Ability to work independently in remote setup
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
