ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Coordinator to join our fast-growing team. Dual-reporting to our US and Canadian Sales Managers, you will be a key operational backbone across both markets — owning the data, maintaining pricing integrity, and keeping order administration running without a hitch.
This is a remote, full-time position based in EST. You will be set up for success with company-provided equipment from day one.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as an interdepartmental liaison, collaborate effectively across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Customer Experience teams.
- Deliver sales reporting and scorecards, ensuring data accuracy to support business decisions.
- Ensure pricing and PO accuracy and consistency across partners, channels, and systems.
- Coordinate wholesale customer service, order administration, and purchase order management.
- Support sales planning, forecasting, and inventory visibility.
- Administer loyalty programs and provide timely member support.
- Develop, document, and improve processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales tools, documentation, and resources.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Sales initiatives and key projects are delivered on time and with strong attention to detail.
- Wholesale customers receive responsive, professional support and accurate order coordination.
- Sales planning, forecasting, and reporting processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Core documents, order forms, and tracking tools are organized, accurate, and up to date.
- Opportunities to improve processes are identified and implemented proactively.
- Cross-functional partners view this role as a reliable and collaborative resource.
- Data is maintained accurately and leveraged to support informed business decisions.
- The sales team is equipped with the information and tools they need to execute successfully.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in sales operations, order management, or coordination
- Confident owning data and reporting with a high degree of accuracy
- Clear, professional communicator — written and verbal
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Monday.com, CRM tools, or order management systems is a plus
- Background in the beauty or haircare industry is a good asset
