We are seeking a Specialist with 8 to 10 years of experience in Conga CPQ and Salesforce to design, develop, and optimize CPQ solutions within Salesforce environments.
Detailed Job Description
- Design, develop, and deploy Conga CPQ solutions aligned with business goals within Salesforce environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements related to Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) processes.
- Provide expert guidance on CPQ configurations, including product bundling, pricing rules, and quote generation.
- Ensure CPQ solutions integrate seamlessly with Salesforce architecture and other enterprise systems.
- Stay updated with the latest Conga CPQ features and Salesforce releases to recommend continuous improvements.
- Support process automation and enhancement initiatives within the CPQ domain.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Conga CPQ implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Analyze complex business processes and translate them into scalable CPQ solutions.
- Define and document functional specifications, workflows, and system integrations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of CPQ with Salesforce and other systems.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end users and internal teams on CPQ functionalities.
- Identify risks and issues in CPQ projects and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Drive process improvements and automation opportunities within the CPQ domain.
- Partner with Sales, Product Management, and IT teams to align CPQ capabilities with organizational objectives.
