EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO CFO & SENIOR LEADERSHIP DIRECTORS | GLOBAL ORGANISATION | WEST LONDON | £55,000 TO £60,000
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are partnering with a highly regarded international organisation with a significant global presence. This is a fast-paced, complex environment requiring an Executive Assistant who enjoys operating at senior level and thrives within a business where priorities shift quickly and no two days are the same.
This is a highly trusted role supporting the CFO, alongside a small group of senior leadership Directors, and offers the opportunity to become a genuine extension of the leadership team.
THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant with previous C-suite exposure who understands the pace, judgement and flexibility required to operate within a demanding international environment.
There will be a strong diary management element to this position. The successful individual will act as a trusted partner, creating leverage for the executive team, managing competing priorities and ensuring seamless execution across a complex and ever-changing agenda.
The role requires an individual who is comfortable operating with autonomy, exercising sound judgement and managing highly confidential and commercially sensitive information with absolute discretion.
The position is based in West London with an expectation of five days in the office. Flexibility is offered when the principal is travelling, however close day-to-day partnership and in-person collaboration remain key elements of the role.
Given the international nature of the business, flexibility works both ways. There will be occasions when support is required outside standard working hours, particularly around travel, time-sensitive requests and changing business priorities.
You will sit at the centre of a busy leadership team, partnering closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation. Key elements include:
- Heavy and exceptionally complex diary management across multiple priorities and time zones.
- Extensive international travel coordination and contingency planning.
- Acting as a highly trusted gatekeeper, protecting focus and managing competing demands.
- Preparation of presentations, board level briefing papers and leadership materials to an exceptional standard.
- Coordinating leadership meetings, off-sites and key business activities.
- Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and executive assistants across the wider business.
- Creating structure, momentum and follow-through across priorities and actions.
- Representing the leadership team with professionalism, discretion and sound judgement.
This role requires an Executive Assistant who enjoys operating at pace, anticipates change and takes pride in delivering an exceptional level of support.
THE SUCCESSFUL EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT WILL DEMONSTRATE
- Significant Executive Assistant experience supporting CFO, Finance Director or C-suite leaders within a complex international environment.
- Previous exposure to finance leadership teams would be highly advantageous, with an appreciation of reporting cycles, quarter-end activity and the demands placed on finance functions.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the confidence to operate at senior level.
- Proven experience managing highly complex diaries, international travel and changing priorities.
- Outstanding organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- The ability to remain calm, resilient and solutions-focused under pressure.
- A proactive, highly discreet and emotionally intelligent approach to partnership and gatekeeping.
- Flexibility, adaptability and a genuine commitment to providing outstanding support.
PACKAGE & REWARD
This opportunity offers a salary of £55,000 to £60,000 alongside a competitive benefits package.
This is an excellent opportunity for a career Executive Assistant seeking a true partnership role within a global organisation. The successful candidate will also be given a Strategic PA Network L&D Membership.
This is a Level 4/5 role on the Global Skills Matrix.
