Job Summary: -
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Finance & Accounts professional to lead the organization's financial operations, compliance, treasury management, and commercial controls. The role will be responsible for ensuring financial discipline, statutory compliance, budgeting, fund management, ERP governance, and business profitability through effective financial planning and control.
Job Description: -
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, financial reporting, and finalization of accounts.
- Manage treasury, cash flow, fund flow, working capital, banking operations, and credit facilities.
- Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, statutory requirements, and corporate regulations.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and MIS reporting.
- Monitor costing, profitability, inventory, debtors, creditors, and commercial controls.
- Drive ERP implementation, process improvements, and internal control systems.
- Manage government incentives, subsidies, refunds, and other income streams.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, financial institutions, and rating agencies.
- Ensure timely closure of audit observations and compliance requirements.
- Monitor payroll costs, financial discipline, and operational efficiencies.
- Conduct regular plant visits and support business teams on financial and commercial matters.
Desired Candidate: -
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory. Additional qualification in Financial Management, MBA Finance, ICWA/CMA will be preferred.
- Minimum 25 years of experience in Finance & Accounts within a Manufacturing Industry.
- Must have at least 10 years of experience heading the Finance & Accounts Department.
- Strong expertise in Financial Accounting, Treasury Management, Banking Operations, Working Capital Management, Fund Flow Planning, and Cost Control.
- Hands-on experience in GST, Income Tax, TDS, Statutory Compliance, Audits, and Corporate Governance.
- Proven track record in ERP implementation, financial process automation, and internal control systems.
