ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a ABM Strategist/ Consultant who can play a critical role in shaping
enterprise deals by combining strategic thinking, marketing expertise, and strong
storytelling.
This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing strategy, and ABM consulting. You will
work alongside the sales team to understand prospective enterprise clients' growth
objectives, pipeline challenges, and GTM priorities, and translate these insights into
impactful ABM strategies powered by the BambooBox platform.
The ideal candidate understands how modern B2B marketing drives pipeline and revenue,
and can confidently engage with senior marketing and revenue leaders to position
BambooBox as a strategic growth partner.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Discovery & Stakeholder Engagement
- Lead consultative discovery conversations focused on business priorities, pipeline
generation challenges, GTM gaps, and revenue growth objectives.
- Translate business problems into clear marketing and GTM opportunities where ABM-led
programs can drive measurable impact.
ABM Strategy & Solution Design
- Design custom ABM and demand generation strategies aligned with each prospect’s ICP,
buying signals, and revenue priorities.
- Develop structured GTM approaches covering segmentation, messaging frameworks,
channel orchestration, and measurement models.
- Align BambooBox platform capabilities with strategic marketing outcomes to build
differentiated solutions.
Proposal Development & Strategic Storytelling
- Build high-quality strategic proposals and presentations that clearly articulate the value of
BambooBox.
- Craft compelling PowerPoint narratives that translate complex marketing strategies into
clear business impact.
- Support sales teams during solution presentations, demos, and executive discussions.
Research & Insight Development
- Conduct strong industry, company, and competitive research to tailor ABM strategies and
proposals.
- Analyze prospect GTM approaches, marketing maturity, and pipeline challenges to build
relevant recommendations.
Sales Enablement & Objection Handling
- Support the sales team in navigating complex enterprise buying processes.
- Address strategic and competitive objections with clarity and confidence.
- Help position BambooBox as a strategic GTM partner rather than a marketing vendor.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 3–8 years of experience in pre-sales, marketing strategy, demand generation, consulting,
or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of B2B demand generation, marketing funnels and ABM
frameworks.
- Ability to design and articulate clear GTM and ABM strategies for enterprise and mid-
market organizations.
- Exceptional PowerPoint and strategic storytelling skills.
- Strong research and analytical capabilities with the ability to synthesize insights quickly.
- Excellent communication and conversation skills with the ability to engage confidently
with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to navigate consultative discussions, handle objections, and shape strategic
conversations.
