Zoca is an Accel-backed AI-powered marketing platform built for the beauty and wellness industry. We work with 1,000+ salons, spas, and wellness studios — helping them run smarter, grow faster, and retain more clients. We're in a high-growth phase, and we're building the systems to match.
The Role
We're hiring a GTM Engineer; a hybrid of software engineer, RevOps builder, and agent designer. You'll sit at the intersection of our product, marketing, and sales teams and build the systems that let them operate at 10×.
You won't be a ticket-taker. You'll be embedded with the team, understand how we sell and market, and then automate the parts that shouldn't require human effort. You'll ship real code, real agents, and real tools and you'll see them adopted.
What You'll Own
GTM data layer — a unified service that pulls from HubSpot, our product analytics, and every channel we run into one clean, queryable layer. Every AI workflow and every GTM team reads from it.
Pre-MQL systems — signal intelligence (intent data, funding events, job changes, industry chatter), AI outbound workflows with human approval gates, and owned-channel agents across SEO and paid media.
Content and campaign pipelines — AI-drafted blog posts, email sequences, social content, and ad creative on cadence. Humans edit and approve; agents produce and ship.
Post-MQL systems — call intelligence integration, deal-risk scoring, renewal signals, and expansion automation across our customer base.
Attribution and measurement — an attribution layer that closes the loop on what's actually driving pipeline, built on our live analytics and CRM stack.
Internal tooling — small, sharp tools that replace spreadsheets and manual workflows across marketing, sales, and customer success.
Who You Are
- A builder. You write code regularly and you ship. You've built internal tools that real teams actually adopted — not prototypes that live in Notion.
- A GTM thinker. You understand how B2B SaaS marketing and sales work. You know what a good funnel looks like, what breaks it, and where AI actually helps vs. where it's noise.
- A systems person. You think about GTM as a set of connected systems, not a linear funnel. You know where leverage lives.
- Opinionated about AI. You know the difference between genuinely agentic and AI-washed. You have a point of view on where LLMs produce real value.
- Collaborative. You sit with a marketer, a salesperson, a CSM — understand their actual workflow — and then automate the parts they shouldn't have to do manually.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years shipping software and working alongside GTM teams. Title doesn't matter — outcomes do.
- Production experience with Python or TypeScript + SQL + REST APIs + webhooks. PostgreSQL experience strongly preferred.
- Hands-on HubSpot experience at admin and API level — real integrations, not just the UI.
- Experience integrating at least one analytics or ad-platform API in production (GA4, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, or similar).
- Shipped at least one LLM-powered feature or tool in production — not a demo, something that runs and delivers real value.
- Comfortable with ambiguity. You design your way through under-specified problems and bring structure back to the team.
