Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a full-time, on-site position based in Goshen, NY, responsible for leading the financial strategy and operations of WRS Health. This role oversees budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning to support sustainable growth and strategic initiatives. The CFO manages the preparation, analysis, and presentation of financial statements and reports for executive leadership, the board, and other stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include overseeing accounting functions, monitoring cash flow, managing banking and financing relationships, and ensuring robust internal controls. The CFO partners closely with executive and departmental leaders to evaluate business performance, support pricing and investment decisions, and drive operational efficiency. The role also ensures compliance with relevant regulations, tax requirements, and financial policies, while building and mentoring a high-performing finance team.
Key Skills:
- Strong Computer and AI Skills. Demonstrated hands on experience setting up platforms and systems
- Business Intelligence Platform (e.g. Tableau, AWS Quicksight, PowerBI, Apache Superset) Setup and Configuration to incorporate and visualize data from multiple different data sets.

Qualifications
- Strong Computer and Technical Skills. Must have demonstrated hands-on experience with setting up and configuring a tech stack for General Ledger, Invoicing through CRM System, Business Intelligence Platform such as PowerBI or Tableau, Experience with AI Automations
- Strong finance and financial planning skills, including expertise in Finance, Financial Planning, and budgeting.
- Demonstrated experience with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, including consolidation, variance analysis, and presentations to senior leadership.
- Advanced Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret complex data, model scenarios, and translate insights into clear recommendations.
- Proven leadership experience managing finance or accounting teams, with a collaborative and coaching-oriented management style.
- In-depth knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory compliance relevant to a SaaS or healthcare technology environment (preferred).
- Experience with cash flow management, banking relationships, and capital planning; M&A or investment evaluation experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional and executive stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field required; MBA, CPA, or other relevant advanced credential strongly preferred.
