Our client is a leading payments and digital commerce platform that plays a critical role in enabling seamless transactions for businesses and consumers. As part of its continued growth and innovation agenda, the company is seeking a commercially driven and strategic Go To Market Lead to drive product adoption, revenue growth, and market expansion across key customer and partner segments.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Group Head of the Commercial Business and working closely with product, technology, sales, partnerships, risk and compliance teams, you will define and execute go to market strategies for a portfolio of payment and financial technology solutions. You will develop market segmentation frameworks, customer value propositions, positioning and product narratives, while leading end-to-end commercialisation initiatives including product launches, pricing, packaging and sales enablement. Partnering with commercial teams, you will drive pipeline growth, support strategic customer engagements and improve market penetration across enterprise, SME and ecosystem channels. You will also work closely with partners including platforms, financial institutions and technology providers to identify new growth opportunities, embedded solutions and channel strategies. In addition, you will provide market intelligence, competitive insights and commercial recommendations to influence product strategy, pricing decisions and long-term business growth.
Qualifications
Degree qualified, you possess 5-10 years of experience in go to market, product marketing, strategy, commercial or business growth roles within fintech, specifically within Payments. You have a strong understanding of payment ecosystems, merchant solutions, acquiring, issuing, digital payments, embedded finance or related domains. You possess proven experience leading product launches, developing commercial strategies and enabling sales teams to achieve growth objectives. Strategic yet hands-on, you combine strong analytical capabilities with excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable partnering with senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
