About Us
Legacy Leisure Group LLC is an innovative AgeTech startup bridging the gap between digital memory preservation and tactile, person-centered senior care. We are looking for a visionary, powerhouse Chief Financial Officer to step into the ring and own the financial engine of our integrated platform.
As our strategic financial leader, you will report directly to the CEO and sit alongside the founding team, taking ownership of our capital sourcing, financial modeling, and investor compliance as we prepare to close our targeted $500k+ funding round and scale nationally. You will lead our capital fundraising and finances, the CTO leads our tech stack, and the CEO lead the vision.
What You'll Do
Drive Capital Sourcing: Spearhead the heavy lifting of our fundraising efforts, actively opening doors to venture capital networks and angel syndicates to accelerate our funding timeline.
Lead the Phased Financial Roadmap: Manage cash runway and model unit economics for a unique dual-ecosystem: physical Individualized Engagement Kits paired with a subscription-based digital vault and B2B senior living dashboards.
Own Diligence & Investor Relations: Build, maintain, and stress-test our master financial models, cap table projections, and investor prospectus data for institutional review.
Establish Corporate Governance: Oversee financial compliance, tax structures, and strategic B2B enterprise pricing models as we scale into partner senior living communities.
Who You Are
Seed-Stage Architect: Proven experience building clean, aggressive financial models and managing lean startup cash runways from scratch.
Master Fundraiser: You are connected, strategic, and deeply understand how to pitch institutional investors, handle rigorous due diligence, and close rounds efficiently.
Phased Thinker: You champion the crawl-walk-run methodology, balancing lean seed-stage operations with high-growth scalability.
Bold & Mission-Driven: Ready to leverage a premium 5% equity stake to transform the multi-billion-dollar digital legacy and senior care industries.
Compensation Philosophy & Scale
We believe in extreme capital discipline and rewarding the leaders who help us win. To maximize our initial operational runway, this role features a
Milestone-Gated Activation Plan:
Initial Salary Trigger: $80,000 base salary immediately following the successful close of our targeted $500k+ seed funding round.
- Milestone 1 (10 Partner Communities): Automatically scales to a $90,000 base.
- Milestone 2 (25 Partner Communities): Fully activates to a $100,000 base.
- Milestone 3: To unlock the $120,000
salary tier, the CFO must help you raise your next institutional growth round of $1.5M+ (Series A).
Equity Currency: 5% equity stake issued as Class B Non-Voting Restricted Membership Units, protected by a standard 4-year vesting schedule with a 1-year hard cliff and mutual ROFR clause.
